MAP150 has gathered Citizen Voices both unofficial through video interviews, and officially through a statistically valid statewide quantitative poll.
In the summer of 2006, MAP 150 sent four graduate-level journalists throughout the state to talk to Minnesotans from all walks of life. We gathered stories from hundreds of Minnesotans. We are working on tagging and uploading these videos. Please check back later to browse all the videos.
The following video, from footage shot that summer, was shown at the Citizens League annual meeting in October 2006.
Later, we conducted a scientific poll to test what we heard in the video interviews. The poll was intended to reveal the things that unite us as Minnesotans, so that we can start meaningful discussions with one another. The poll is available here.
